The publication Legal Analysis of the Conditions for Processing Personal Data Related to Ethnic Origin by JUDr. Veronika Gabrišová has been published. The analysis builds on Legislative Analysis of Ethnically Sensitive Data Collection in Terms of Personal Data Protection and deepens the topic of the personal data protection of special category with the emphasis on conditions under which they can be proceed depending on the nature of the institution which wants to process them.
